摘要:九江大化肥废水处理采用A/O工艺脱氮。COD负荷率控制在0.23~0.50kg/(kgMLSS.d),NH3—N负荷率控制在0.023~0.040kg/(kgMLSS.d),COD/TN控制在10~16;COD去除率95%左右,NH3—N去除率达85%以上,TN去除率达80%以上。并对运行中出现的问题进行了分析。

Operation Practice and Analysis of the Wastewater Treatment for Jiujiang Fertilizer Plant
Abstract: The A/O process has been adopted to treat the Wastewater of Jiujiang Fertilizer Plant for nitrogen removal. In case when the specific loads are controlled to 0.23~0.50 and 0.023~0.040 kg/(kg MLSS.d) for COD and NH3-N respectively and the COD/N is controlled to 10-16, the removal ratios of 95%, >85% and >80% have been obtained for COD, NH3-N and TN respectively. Also the problems in the operation of this process are discussed.
1 设计简况
九江大化肥废水处理A/O工艺系统采用同心圆式的硝化反硝化池,内径9.5m,外径12.7m,反硝化区有效体积205m3,硝化区有效体积318m3,设计进水量1200m3/d,设计出水水质见表1。 工艺流程如图1所示,废水首先进入反硝化池,与回流污泥经推流式搅拌机混合均匀,发生反硝化反应(若搅拌机发生故障,可将通入反硝化池的空气管微开),然后水经底部回流窗进入硝化池发生硝化反应,硝化后的水在鼓风动力作用下一部分通过上部回流窗回流到反硝化池,一部分经溢流堰通过重力作用流入脱气池脱气,脱气后的水最后在二沉池内进行泥水分离,澄清后的水经溢流堰流入暴雨调节池,经泵提升至长江,污泥一部分回流,一部分进行浓缩脱水外运。整个A/O工艺采取A、B两个系列并列运行。
