【摘要】本文首先回顾内、外网络建设的历史，接着对现在的内、外网络结构进行分析，在网络拓扑及安全性方面提出了改进意见，最后对未来的网络建设进行了展望。文中还总结了作者从事网络工作的经验和理念，结合实际，对网络知识进行了一些系统的总结归纳。

【ABSTRACT】 First, This paper reviews the constructing history of internal–network and external-network in xx Departmentalism; Then analyses the internal–network and external-network’s topology; thirdly, brings forward mending opinions about the networks’ topology and security; lastly, makes expectations to the network’s constructing in xx Departmentalism in the future. This paper also summarizes the writer’s experiences and ideas about networks’ constructing, and makes systemic summarization about some network knowledge.
